Data Controller

The coach( Consultant) will be obtaining information to help with getting a better understanding of the clients areas of life to improve; build a human design Blueprint; and to contact clients. All information will be kept in a  confidential manner in accordance with HIPPA regulations. These sessions are not a therapeutic session such as counseling, therapy, or dealing with trauma. They are dealing with the values; beliefs; emotions and feelings that come from the events in one's life. The consultant will guide clients through their personal insights, such as growth is to occur from sessions.  Consultants will not be held liable for any outcomes from the sessions with clients. By booking a call- clients and potential clients agree to said terms above.

Collected Personal Data

All Data such as Name; Contact information; Date of birth; time of birth, and place of birth will only be used in conjunction with necessary elements meant for holistic consulting. All information collected will be confidential according to HIPPA regulations. 

Purpose for Collecting Data

Data Collected will only be used to generate a Human Design report, and be able to keep in touch with clients.
